No. Simply personalize your memorial light and place your order first. After checkout, we’ll guide you through creating your Memory Vault and adding your memories.
What can I add to the Memory Vault?
You can add videos with sound, photos, and a heartfelt written message to preserve the moments that mean the most to you.
What if I don't have a video with sound?
That’s completely okay. A video, a collection of photos, or a written memory can be just as meaningful. A voice recording is not required.
Do I need an app to scan the QR code?
No app is needed. Simply open your smartphone’s camera and point it at the QR code to access the Memory Vault.
Can I update the memories later?
Yes. You can return to your Memory Vault and update its content whenever you’d like. Follow the access instructions provided when you create your page.
Who can open the Memory Vault?
The Memory Vault is not publicly listed. Only people who have access to the QR code or its private link can open it, so we recommend sharing it only with people you trust.
How can I get the best QR code scan?
Hold your phone steady and make sure the entire QR code is visible in the camera. If glare or brightness affects the scan, adjust the viewing angle, lower the light brightness, or temporarily turn the light off.
How does it work if I’m giving the light as a gift?
After checkout, the buyer creates the Memory Vault and adds the desired videos, photos, or message. Once the gift arrives, the recipient can scan the QR code on the memorial light to open and revisit those memories.
